4. Filing complaints on your behalf with governmental agencies (e.g., FTC, Attorney's General Office, etc.) and nongovernmental entities (e.g., BBB) for any privacy law violations that may arise in the process (optional).

The personal information you provide will be purged once your TDPSA requests have been fulfilled. We will anonymize the other data (e.g. VINs, businesses contacted, outcome of those contacts, response times) so we can utilize those statistics to improve this service to help other consumers.
